SIMULATION, 3D MODELLING & ERP MODULES FOR FOUNDRIES:-
Training & Implementation to many Foundrymen is completed for the following Softwares:
A) 3 D Modelling : CAD / CAM ( Delcam Software, UK)
B) Casting Simulation Software (Auto Cast): It provides an ‘inside picture’ to troubleshoot existing castings, and to develop new castings without shop floor trials and for improving the methods, design of existing castings. Sand, investment and die casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
C) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Software is used for various foundry operations, the generation of various Reports, MIS Systems (with Paper & without Papers), and transportation of knowledge and information with advantage of Web Base Pattern which has universal access.
